The old beater is pushing 240k but needed new rubber. You may remember the thread I posted about lift kits and what not a while back. I Settled on the General Grabbers and they are amazing. The lift came out sweet 2.5/3.5. Better MPG with these over the Nitto's, great ride, good in the rain. 19025328_10212859857111723_7053580094737330415_o.jpg 19732183_10213782669749135_8362851701681839053_n.jpg DSC_0591.jpg DSC_0592.jpg DSC_0593.jpg

How loud is the noise of those tires? With tread blocks like that the hum must be loud as heck on the highway. And what's the fuel mileage now as compared to before?

9.5 mpg highway???? DAMN....either you need some serious engine maintenance or at least a full tuneup, AND/OR them tires actually suck and what you wanted was BFGs....

This is badass. I would love to put something like this on mine, although with slightly different wheels, most likely.

OH NICE! I've never seen mine with black wheels... and the black headlights... that's pretty badass too. Where'd you find the blacked out grille? What kind of lighting do you use?

I tried a full LED conversion on mine and I get hyperflash, even with the RockAuto "LED-friendly" flasher. If I add LEDs to the turn signal lamps, the flasher just buzzes and I get no flash at all. So I went back to Sylvania SuperBrights for the headlights. Still getting hyperflash so I'm gonna go back to Sylvanias on the fogs as well, to see if that gets rid of it.

Im only LED on fogs. I painted the grill with paint I did the whole truck in. Blacked out Limited lights I got from Certifit for $65 a pair. Added the FX4 decals I made myself here in my shop. neww.jpg neww.jpg 35169_1542898812911_1248197384_1514882_3370252_n.jpg 35169_1542898852912_1248197384_1514883_3442596_n.jpg 35169_1542898972915_1248197384_1514885_4584389_n.jpg neww.jpg 35169_1542898812911_1248197384_1514882_3370252_n.jpg 35169_1542898852912_1248197384_1514883_3442596_n.jpg 35169_1542898972915_1248197384_1514885_4584389_n.jpg neww.jpg

Fogs wont cause hyperflash unless you wired em in as turn signal repeaters

Taillight brake/blinker is your culprit. Or your replacement flasher relay is shot and causing hyperflash regardless.

Actually scratch that your flasher relay is DEFINITELY burned out or installed incorrectly

Interesting. I’ll have to take it apart this weekend and have a look. It did work for a while after I put the LED friendly flasher in, so maybe it went bad at some point after.

Yep, you were right. I installed a new LED flasher from RockAuto and the signals all work perfectly now. Still trashed the LED headlights, though. One actually burned out and I was just fed up with them. Incidentally, the old LED flasher was made in Taiwan... the new one was made in the USA and has been working fine for a week or so. :)
