Tail lights

Will the older module tail lights fit the 2016 expedition? So basicly if I were to buy tail lights for a 2014 module would they fit?

Yeah so look good. Was looking for something small to give the back end a more updated look because ever since the small redesign the tail lights kind of look out of place

Unfortunately you only have two choices. The stock tail lights and these (there are several brand names but I believe they are all the same manufacturer). I added the chrome trim to round out all of the other chrome on the vehicle.

There might my some other choices within this design. Red lens, Black lens, and Chrome version with red LEDs.

Looks great Andy. I used to have a white Explorer and went with chrome lenses, but the red with the chrome trim looks sweet!

I'm torn between smoked OEMs (www.smokedouttaillights.com) and these LEDs in black. Generally I like LED brake lights more in parts because they are safer (they illuminate faster than incandescent bulbs) and also look more modern, but the black LEDs look a little cheesy.

Decisions, decisions.

I like the LEDs but I just wish we had a more modern look to them or more options. The smoke ones never really made sense to me because they cut down on the amount of light. That's the very thing you're shooting for with LEDs.

I thought about the chrome ones after I had already bought the red and added the chrome trim to it. I think it looks okay, and it kind of finishes off the rest of the truck but i'm still unsure if I'll leave them on for the long run or take them off at some point.
