See what happens when you get a bunch of type A versus B personalities together, they just can't play together. Theirs always going to be banter and the occasional ruffling of feathers here. Habbibie and I are pushing 4 years on the forum, and have seen and been involved in more than 1 incident. Loki wolf, he didn't mean anything by it, he, like me wondered if none of a particular item was made, how'd you get your mitts on one? Henry just has a more direct way of asking. In the words of Rodney King, can we all just get along?

Yep, just like how my expy came from the factory equipped with the optional front and rear Detroit Lockers. I said it so it’s true.

Good points on getting along Moose.......sometimes people make it hard.....VERY.

So here is the interesting stuff.

I think I have proven on here, that I know what I am talking about. Not a rookie, been working on cars since I was kid. Lifted, Lowered, raced stock cars, sports cars, and open wheel. Not a formally trained mechanic, but have done a lot of wrenching.

When I first got our 2015, I thought I had been screwed by the dealer after we got it when I also saw that no 15 EL’s came with LS. I even created a thread or post similar to this one asking how easy to switch to an LS rear. Took it back to the Dealer and pitched a fit. Service manager looked at Door code, and confirmed LS, showed me. We also got under the Rear and looked at axle code, it was indeed the LS3.73. Saw it with my own eyes. Also, while the VIN and searching showed it as an EL, it had a Max badge on it. It was originally a Canadian Expedition, because they used the Max name instead of EL. That might be part of it.

Several times the LS came in to play while I owned it. It worked.

At no point during this process did I think, “I need to take a picture of this so I can prove it to a troll on the internet 2 years from now after it is totaled in a wreck...”

Moving on.

Why r u so hostile about everything? You chimed in this thread puffing your chest bragging about how you've had an lsd, and insisted upon it too.... repeatedly. The evidence weren't in your favor and asking a question to present us with something beside the air pumped in your chest gets us a completely irrelevant set of pics and a flying bird... it didn't help your situation in anyway but you trying to get sympathy as a distraction is absolutely pathetic. It's ok the point has been proven... its your word vs the everyone's, and everyone came prepared except you.

I do finally agree with you one thing you said on this thread... the last two words of the post directly above mine, it's best we do that.

I wasn’t puffing my chest, just stating fact. Why do I need to prove it? I have a proven track record of being accurate. Why not believe me on this particular item. I have ZERO reason to lie about it.

I was not hostile until you and 07 started basically calling me a liar and saying I fabricated the totaling to further that lie. Yes, I took that VERY personally. Wouldn’t you?

Do they make Eton TruTrac for our Expeditions? I put one in my Mustang. It is by far the best upgrade.

^ I have 2 in my Explorer. If I ever regear my Expedition, I'll put one in the rear. The factory limited slip has long since given up its ability to limit any slip.

I’ve heard the factory limited slips don’t last very long. Locker is always fun in a nice empty snowy parking lot...........without 4WD engaged......lol
