Here in 2025 since my 16' EL w/ 3.73 has always felt like an open diff. Was looking at lockers like spartan. We are mostly street driven and wanted that extra bit of reassurance when the time requires it. After reading the whole thread no one has chimed in using a Spartan or Aussie.
Edit: axle code 15 and 3C31 9.75 tag on rear diff. Huh, someone on her said that all EL are 3.73. I was under that impression. I was very wrong.
