Exhaust/Intake Suggestions

hey guys, had a quick question regarding exhaust and cold air intake. my 2000, 5.4L V8 expedition is completely stock as of right now, have all the visual mods in mind, but as for performance, i'm still sort of iffy.

i'm thinking about getting a magnaflow exhaust and K&N intake.

what suggestions or reccommendations do you guys have?

i'm looking for the best price, and the best values.

also, does anyone know of any places in north carolina that can do installations for a reasonable price?

well if you want a cheap exhaust do a search for the "Gotts Mod" it is almost a free mod and has been shown to work on a dyno... if you have any questions about exhausts do a search on youtube.com you'll be suprised what you find...

intake,check out volant,i have heard of volant cai systems working better than k&n.the volant cai kits are also available with the ram air box.unlike k&n.as far as exhaust goes,like walnut said check out youtube.
