Dashboard Ashtray in 2018 Ford Expedition

I purchased a 1 year old used 2018 Ford Expedition MAX. It has a very ugly ashtray to the right of the Engine Start/Stop button (see pictures below). Do you know where to find an insert that would cover the hole left after removing the ashtray?

It's not an ashtray. It's a coin holder and takes the slot that would be occupied by the trailer backup assist knob if you had the max towing package. Some have turned the coin holder into a phone mount per the link below.

Thanks a lot scottdm. This solved my problem.
For our cellphones, I think that I will use the ProClip phone mounts. They are the same as in my F-150 and are perfect.

Idt they've been made from anything else for cars since the mid 80's or late 70's. I know my 03 Malibu and 2k firebird are both plastic. Everything I own newer has no tray at all.

Tow pack takes care of this! They needed a makeshift piece to put into the non tow pack optioned units.... They weren't going to spend a lot of efforts on something like this...

Plus the tow package gives the Electronic locking rear differential also, just learned that today!
