    My 2004 EB Expedition with 5.4L 2 valve @83K mi.has the recommendation from Ford of 5W-20. I've heard from a number of sources that for here in Florida it would be better to kick up the second number to 30 or 40. They say that 20 is not heavy enough. Is there anything definitive on this?
