Wireless charge pad - phone slip down

For some reason when I bought my 2020, the previous owner had turned the cell phone pad upside down so the retaining lip was at the top. Have you removed the pad to inspect and try turning it around? Mine was all in one piece, just turned upside down.

As mentioned, the pad is available at Ford parts.
It appears when the dealer details the vehicle and removes all the cup holder inserts, charging pad, console pad, mats, etc., they sometimes fail to replace them. So, the best advice, when purchasing a 4th gen Expedition, is to inspect to see what's missing. Mine was missing everything and the dealer provided all the new items, when I brought it to their attention. I find my charging pad useful when I use wireless Android car play. It helps keep the battery charged, since the car play drains it on long trips.

My 2022 that I got as a brand new lease is missing this part also. They must've ran out of them at the factory and hoped nobody would notice. So annoying!!

I think the detail shop removes all the rubber inserts when cleaning and forgets to put them back in. When I picked mine up it was missing all of them plus the mats. They had to go look for them and found them all clean, lying on the table in the detail shop.
