Flame out at me.....but I am totally befuddled that one would eliminate a purchase of an entire line of vehicles due to the shape of a steering wheel....for as long as said wheel is made.....
I had a square steering wheel in a 63 Plymouth and it never bothered me switching from a round to a square wheel.....
Then I switched to a motorcycle with handlebars and that never bothered me either.....

How do you like the ride with CCD's and 24 in wheels? Any issues with vibration or harsh ride? I have the same one on order. Was able to test drive a regular Platinum with the 22's and no CCD. Seemed fine.
We have no complaints. We use the Expedition as our everyday and for travel. We go to FL from OH several times a year. I have been 90+ mph a couple of times with no vibration and lots of low 80's on I-75. CJ Dave.

Agreed - the baby Duramax in second iteration appears to be rock solid dependable and the public have accepted the oil chain timing belt next to the tranny as ok.

With diesel always issue with quality diesel and DPF due to complex emissions, but when they work they work with great gas mileage.

I've now owned my new one for a whopping 2 days. I first looked and thought WTF is this? Then after setting the height and depth correctly, I changed my mind. Since I'm a 10 and 2 driver, it is very comfortable and the slide back after turning is very comfortable.
My recent conversation with a sales manager, as to why Ford changed so many things on the Gen 5s and did away with bling, his answer was how old are you, lol. He said the new audience is between 25 and 54. They don't want bling. They want stealth, a lot of black exterior, and a whole bunch of high tech inside. They don't care about massage seats as much as they do about lighting, sound system, blue cruise and more. So, bye-bye to the shiny wheels, chrome grills, handles and running board strips. Granted you can still pay more and get the ultimate package.
