I have a 2017 Limited with auto climate control. I've been having an issue where the rear vents blow warm air despite what the controls are set to. The fronts blow cold but not really that cold.
I was thinking, as a first diagnosis, is to check the refrigerant pressure but I'm not sure what...
Had this happen to mine last year. You can't repack it. The resonator will have to replaced. I just had them put another stock resonator on it. If it goes again maybe I'll think of doing something different now that I'm outside the powertrain warranty.
Not sure if this is true with the Expedition but many cars will have smaller disks/pads on the back than the front since most of the braking is done with the front.
Ha! No. I don’t use jiffy lube or any of those quick oil change places.
But I have managed to open her up. I think a warmer day helped. The accordion style pipe was flexible enough for me to work without worrying about breaking things. I unclipped the 3 fasteners and then used a large flathead...
Well I'm flummoxed. Even with all the advice given here I can't get it open. I can lift the passenger side 1/4" once all the clamps were undone but it still doesn't want to move.
I'm due for an oil change soon. I'll just get them to change the filter too.
No luck. Loosened clamp and tried to remove the air tube. Couldn't even do that. Everything is inflexible and tight. I was scare of cracking something. No give in any of the piping.
So I wanted to swap out the air filter today but couldn't open the air box. I saw three clips which I opened but couldn't open up the box. What am I missing here?
Thanks
We got 16 inches of snow a couple of weeks a go and the truck handled it like a champ. I put it into 4 low (which turns of the TCS) until I got out of my driveway and subdivision. Neither of which were plowed recently.
I agree with others, make sure you have a good set of snow tires. All...
I had a broken passenger wiper for a about a month. Since it's the wiper that clears the area in front of the rain detector I had to switch off rain sensing. Luckily I have a newer 3rd gen and was able to do it through one of the menus.
Wiper is fixed now but to be frank, I never found any rain...
Is it still misfiring on that cylinder? If not, I would be tempted to leave it alone until next time you change the plugs. Considering how old the truck is, this maybe the last time before something else goes catastrophically wrong.
I'm pretty sure it's mentioned in the manual not to do to leave in 4a or 4wd. Not sure of the mechanics of it.
Found this article which about 4wd drive systems Ford uses: https://www.blueovaltrucks.com/tech-articles/understanding-the-4wd-in-your-ford/
Did you try replacing the PVC valve as was suggested? If you replaced the tstat on your own I think you have the skills to do the PVC.

You should be able to pair more than one phone at a time. Both my Android phone and my wife's iPhone are currently paired and work almost flawlessly.
It should be said though that Bluetooth is very fickle. Vendors don't always implement the protocol properly and the protocol itself is broken...
