    chadecoen, So glad that this thread helped you! I put it up here because at least at that time, I hadn't seen an easier way. With Bluetooth technology being cheaper and more accessible nowadays, some of it may not be unnecessary, but I still use mine!

    Well, technology has come a long way since. If I were to do it again, I'd do Bluetooth. I use this dongle in our camper, and it's fantastic. Give it 12v+ and ground (all available right in the wires on the back of the DVD) and call it a day. Maybe add a small round rocker to shut it off when...

    It isn't the mirror base itself.. It's the glass. Take your fingers on the diagonal corners of the glass and try and move it. It's disappointing how loosely mounted it is in the actual mirror.     Unfortunately, they said this is an isolated issue, and I'm the only one who has complained. They won't look into it, because they said nobody has an issue.. Even though I know a few from the Facebook Expedition group I am on have also emailed them. Anyone have any ideas on how to tighten it...

    Heck, when I did my KR Interior install in my 04, the 05 door panels had a different switch! I'm wondering now if that was more because it didn't have heated mirrors and memory..

    cman: If you didn't have signals and heat from the factory I'd imagine you'll have some more wiring you'd have to do as well. I have an EB edition, so will need both the signals and heat to stay factory. Hoping it will all work as it should!

    Just look around on ebay and car-part.com.. You can pick up a few of those seats in good shape for less than you think.. All depends on what the upholstery shop wants to recover them, but that's likely to be a lot.
