would these work?

and if i want to do a LED Conversion for my interior, I just have to find the right sized led blubs for each of them right?

*Edit: Updated my done and to do list.

No those housings will not work because they are for a first gen ( '97 - '02 ) your housings are different. Alot of the companies on ebay list the first gen lights as fitting but they are completly different.

You would need something like this :

And then you would still need to get a new High beam setup because the bulbs are different then what you are running.

Some things to consider...
-Usually, when getting 50/55W kits for your headlights, you'll want to run one temp "notch" lower for a 35W kit in the fogs. For example, if you're wanting to run a 4300k setup, get 4300k 35W fogs, and 5000-6000k 50/55W low beams. If you want a 6000k look, get 6000k fogs, 8000k 50/55W lows. The higher wattage kits put "out more" yellow, which is why they may seem one temp notch lower.

-If you are going to go with aftermarket projector housings, you'll have to get new bulbs, since they probably don't use 9006/9005 base bulbs. This of course doesn't apply if the headlights already come with an HID kit...

-A lot of the glare can be elliminated if you paint the housings black (or just get the black, Limited headlights). If you look are your headlight when the headlights are on, a lot of the lit is stray light bouncing off the chrome surround. There would, of course, still be glare, but you'd cut it down a bit.

-Don't run your fogs, unless there isn't a lot of people around. The positioning of these ends up putting them almost in the line of site of oncoming traffic. Also, these too can be painted black. The top and bottom sides can be painted, while leaving the actual reflector bowl intact. This should also cut down on the glare.

-Make sure to aim your headlights down a little. The headlight aiming guide is in the manual. Follow it, then aim them down an inch or two.
