05 Fuel filter change

I was hoping for a litle help on changing this thing. I have the change clips but I can't seem to get the filter to pop loose. Can anyone give me a little clue on how to get the filter off? Or are they just a bear to change.

That is what I used to look this thing up and after figuring out the little blue clip it took me all of five minutes to change!
