EDIT TITLE: Its an XLT not LTD!
I am located in a little town near University of Central Florida where chickens roam.
I am second owner of a 2001 Expy XLT 4.6L 2WD Florida Car. Bought it in 2003. It has 93K miles but it needs paint, tires and some TLC. It runs good. I am trying to decide whether to fix it up or replace with newer. The difference will be in the size of the check I write. The V8 engine and simplicity of this vehicle appeal to me more than the V6 EcoBoost and high tech doodads of the latest generation.
I started a thread seeking advice on cost to rest-o-mod my old Expy for the next 90K miles.
