2002 Expedition wont shut off

Hi Everyone
i went out of state for 2 weeks and when i had my son start my truck it ran for a while and when he went to shut it off he took the key out and it stayed running and driving lights stayed on, it almost mimicks what my car starter does (it starts and runs and driving lights on) never had a problem till now

Failed ignition switch or back feed to the pcm. Time to put on your electrical wizard hat....
