2002 expedition

I have two 2002 expeditions I lost the key to one and replaced the ignition can I take the parts out of the running one and flash it to make both cars work on the same keys and pats system . I had locksmith try to program the new transponder keys but problem with ecm came up twice . Is it possible to to some how trick the lost key one with the one I have a key to ??

Do you have a laptop? You can use the ForScan app to program the key(s) to the ECU yourself. Just delete all keys the ECU currently has stored and start from scratch with whatever key you have cut to the ignition now.

No I bought another expedition same everything can I use that one with the key to put in the one without key and then put it back in the running one so they both run ?? Is it possible to do that ??
