2003 Expedition Overhead DVD Not Working w/New Radio

I just installed a new stereo into my 03 expedition stereo works great but having problems trying to get my rear DVD player to power on or how to connect what wires to what in order to get power i do not want sound on the DVD player just need it to power on in order for my little ones to just see the movies. Please help

Factory dvd player or add on?

Oh sorry the DVD player is factory. I replaced the factory stereo with new stereo

The dvd player is fed from the radio - see 130-08. The cd player pulls power from the vbatt to the rear control.
It may be safer to get the harness as suggested in your other thread.
