I finished my truck in September with the help of a friend. This was my daily driver for almost 10 years and had 150K miles, it became a full time hunting vehicle (which BTW I used as a hunting vehicle when it was my daily driver!).
We covered the entire body with bedliner, replaced all the worn suspension bushings, reinforced the factory skid plates in exposed areas, replaced the shocks and did a brake job, cleaned out the MAF, raised it up a bit more - from 2" lift to 3" lift, adapted a bumper from a fullsize Dodge ($100 salvage yard find), installed Rigid green LED driving lights (not pictured), new roof rack, heavy duty rear carrier, full size spare, and some 34" tires. Working on a front attachment for a winch right now.
And the AC and heat work great!
