2004 XLS after market parts

I have a 2004 XLS 4.6l 4x4,

What kind of real power gains would I see with cold air intake and exhaust.

I'm not looking for improved gas miage although it would be nice.

I would say maybe 10 HP. A professional tune or Programmer would get more out of it, and would be cheaper than than a good exhaust and intake.
