2007-2009 FORD EXPEDITION (WITH FLARES) measurments of inside flares needed

can someone with a 2007-2009 FORD EXPEDITION (WITH FLARES) measure the length of inside the flare and distance from bottom to bottom and lastly the total distance of inside the flare.

I am looking to see if I can get some and modify to fit my 01 expedition with flares if they are a close fit. I can't find anyone that makes them with flares so I am trying the next best thing. I know it's a long shot.
