2013 Expedition 4X2 wander

My EX has 22,000 miles and has a "loose wander" feeling from day one. Alignment has been checked and is to factory spec. What are they missing? Drove another EX on the lot and it was same way? Car requires constant attention to keep it on the road.

Compare the alignment specs to an older model to see if they are different. Pay attention to the castor specs.
