2013 Expedition LED HyperFlash Advice

Hey Guy's and Gal's,

New to the thread here. I have a question and Ive seen various answers and information out there but trying to narrow a question down. I purchased an 2013 Expedition Limited EL. I traded my 2005 F250 for it, needed a family ride. I swapped my LED tail and turn lamps. All I had to do on my 2005 was swap the flasher relay and not use resistors.

Does my 2013 have an relay that operates the flashers. I have gone through the manual and #37,38 are mini relays that operate the vehicle left and right flasher/trailer turn signals. Is it something that is adjusted in the BCM now like the newer vehicles or is it a relay I can swap?

Any help would be appreciated.

I went to the dealership with my 2013 EL and they said that there was no setting in the BCM. I just ordered some resistors from Amazon and spliced them at the taillights. Worked like a charm.

What OHM's did you use? Did you use ceramic or aluminum ones?
