The heat shields were not reinstalled! Noticed when I did oil change today. They also used a zip clip on one corner of underbelly shield instead of bolt and nut. Does not instill confidence.
I live in Houston, so heat is a thing especially when towing - I don't think the engineers had heat shields in the design for no reason.
I called and am awaiting a resolution... was a $6900 rebuild under warranty.
