I'm no expert, but a lift helps clear bigger tires and more ground clearance. K&N let's the truck breath a little easier. And it lasts forever so you don't have to buy cheaper ones over and over.

yes the lift helps clear bigger tires and provides ground clearance, it’s also aesthetically pleasing. (In my opinion)

The k&N air filter adds about 100 horsepower to the truck.
