2022 Timberline Expedition- spoilier puctured hole in roof

I purchased a brand new 2022 expedition in July , the first cold spell we had I opened the back to put groceries in only to have the spoiler break and put a hole thru my roof. Anyone else ever had this problem please let me know . I am located in NJ

We have the same issue!!!! We went through the service manager to submit a warranty claim, spoke with the customer service team and took nearly 5 months for them to get us an answer. They said no… we are very disappointed with Ford.
