Transmission fluid: 14 quarts total to change it all. But you will only get 5 to 6 quarts on a service change. (drop the pan, change filter) To get the rest you would have to do a flush so add another 3 quarts to be sure you have enough.
Transmission must always have fluid never run engine with it dry.
Antifreeze: 12 quarts to change it all. But when you drain the radiator you only get 4 to 5 quarts out. Once again you would have to flush the system to get it all. When you flush with water make sure you use the concentrate Antifreeze not the 50/50 to fill and use a tester to make sure you get the correct mixture.
As far as the brake fluid and the power steering fluid I always buy 2 quarts but usually end up only using 1 quart or less when I flush them.
