Alpine, kenwood, or pioneer?

When i purchased my indash the sales person told me Alpine was the best so i went ahead to buy an Alpine. Now the whole world is telling me Alpine sucks and Kenwood is the best! Did i get ripped off???

I don't know, I think it all depends, have you had any problems with it? Does it do what you want or need it to do? How long have you had it?

It honestly works great, had no problems yet but only had it for about 2 months. It has everything i need. GPS, ipod connection, connects to my phone for calls, has pandora, i can even hear all the music on my phone through bluetooth.

Well, then I would say that you got a good deal. It does everything you want it to and works great, that is all that matters. Even though it has only been 2 months, if it lasts you a year for every hundred you spent, then you are good. If it doesn't last that long, it might not have been worth it. I use the same thing when I buy a truck or car, if the vehicle last a year for every $1,000 I spent on it, it is great. Anything over that is just that much better.

those are the top 3 like ford/chevy/dodge...if it does what you want and you'll be good...another good brand is clarion...eclipse...and i cant think of the others

yeah it all goes down to personal preference. i love the way eclipse decks sound but the ease of operation of the pioneers are what keeps me buying them.
