Alternatives to plastic manifold??

Just wanted to see if there was any thing worth the price out there to get ride of the plastic intake manifold?? I know of a couple but they are expensive and not for stock motors.

The composite manifold transfers less heat to the incoming air and is lighter. Yes curious...why do you want to replace it?

was just wondering if there was anything better out there. I am going to have some money to spend on my car and wanted to see what was out there. I always here of the plastic one cracking. I was also wondering if it had anything to do with a couple of problems I have.
1. oil in the number 4 cyclinder
2. NO power when the AC is on.
