Another vote here for measuring the tongue weight. There's scales out there, and even a method to use a bathroom scale and levers. I am pretty sure I read it on eTrailer. I borrowed my friends tongue weight scale when I was dialing in my 24 foot enclosed to trailer the cobra to mustang week. It makes such a huge difference moving the car forward or back in the trailer by even a foot. Guessing may get you close, but you really want the numbers to be right!
