My OEM muffler started leaking from a crack on the factory weld and I replaced it with the Walker Quiet Flow SS muffler back in March or April this past year. It’s Quiet at idle and low range, louder and throaty if you hammer down. Sounds noticeably better than stock if you have the windows down. Mine is a 3rd gen 5.4L 3V Triton.
I would say overall it’s a bit louder than stock with no leaks but not too much difference. I’ve been happy with it. The assembly was made in USA and appears to be of decent quality. We will see though....
