Anyone done a lightning front-end conversion on their 97-98 Expy?

Hello to everyone, I am new to this board.

Now to my questions. Im looking into doing this conversion, and I would like to get some info before I do this. I know you need some new brackets in order to fit the newer bumper, how hard is the intall for the repalcement brackets? Also, where is the best price(website) where I can purchase this?

im going to the junkyard on the weekend, hopefully i find a 99 to 02 expedition that hasnt had any front damage to it

o most online retailers charge a arm and a leg for those pieces

I tried that a couple of years ago and found out that although most f-150 and expy can swap items the bumper from a lightning cannot without costly mods that why I ended up using the front clip from a harley instead it would look hot witha lightning fron fascia it can be done as long as your willing to pay

where might one find a front clip off of a harley???

they make them aftermarket or straight from the source ford.
