Anyone know what these cables are for? Idk what the lead to or used for but I need to fix it

Idk what these cables do or are for, rats have gotten to them cause its been sitting for about a year.
I'm having issues with fuel problems, no fuel is gettin to the filter, could it be those cables or im thinking fuel pump

Those are ground wire for the engine harness. Any wire bolted to the body or chassis with a green bolt is a ground wire. Very important wire and a great lace to start for a no start issue. Hope this helps
