Can this be done? (F150 swap) 07-10

Seeing that you cant lift the 07-10 more than 3/2, would it be possible to swap the rear end with that of a F150? The front is the same as the F150's and if I do the rear it would open up my options with lifts. Are the rears the same in legnth etc...?

are the f150 independent rear suspension?

You would run into problems with the suspension as the F150's are leafs, and the Expy is IRS.

you could. but then you would lose you comfy ride since the rear of the f150 is a solid axle. i mean the 1st gens are solid axles and still have a comfy ride but the the newer gens are more comfy. you might want to call up some shock companys or lift companys and see if they can make you a kit or use ur expo to make a kit.
