I have the projectors and a set of the stock headlights and corner lamps. I'll buzz you once all the new stuff shows up.

Now the decision... I'm going to allow myself to do one major thing to the truck this year.
The contenders:

1. New front and rear bumpers from Tactical Armor Group

2. New gears (4.30 ish) front and rear and a selectable locker for the front

3. New wheels and tires (37")

4. Motorized running boards from Amp Research

Feedback, ideas or wise ass comments welcome

gears but I would go to 4.56... 2nd choice would be bumpers.... 3rd would be running boards and last would be wheels.....

but either way I like the look of your expy now... a little cleaner... those old headlights look like fish eyes... did they really buldge out or is it just the pic?

I'm leaning towards getting new gears because it will make the most functional difference in the truck. Unfortunately it IS the most expensive choice.

I figure that the parts will be:
Eaton e-locker $750 (or an ARB at $950)
Gears and hardware kits $750

I just don't have a quote on labor yet. What are others paying?

that sounds about right for the lockers. i would do arb so you can have an on board compressor. but try and do it your self. would be fun. i know my uncle did both his f/r arbs in his d44s by him self. then again it was a heep.
