Love my Expedition! It has travelled to 32 states so far and counting! Now to find a Catalytic converter replacement solution that does not break the bank... OEM vs Aftermarket is my first search. A video of if this can be safely done without a lift or removing the body would be amazing.

If I were here, you would know it !
Just an fyi, but everyone I know who replaced the OEM convertor (5) with an aftermarket one regretted it dearly, to the tune of $1000-2000....

2 of them failed completely within 6 months, 2 of them caused all sorts of issues with reduced performance & MPG, and 1 caused the 02 sensors to fail after about 3 weeks...

Yes the OEM ones aren't cheap, but will normally allow you to avoid all of the above....

I had an OEM replacement installed on my son's '98 Cherokee back in 2010 (even then it was an $800 job) and it was still running perfectly when he sold it back in 2021 :)
