I just went and looked at mine.... the elbow that broke on mine looks different I think due to the body lift making the firewall look further away... but on yours find the PCV valve on the passenger side manifold cover and follow the line should be soft rubber at PCV then into a hard plastic line then to a soft plastic line which connects to a 3 way attachment at the base of the throttle body... mine broke right where the soft piece connects to the TB

well if it is the elbow... mine was replaced by a HD air hose and 2 hose clamps... going on 1.5 years... less than a buck and mine was fixed... but I would really check that whole vacuum set up to check for leaks... usually its the elbow...

no problem... hope some others can chime in with some more help... but IMO from my problems before and what I have read on other sites... probably gonna be a vacuum leak... also might wanna use some MAF cleaner and spray your MAF to see if that helps... and just for grins and giggles make sure everything is tight on your air filter and the filter is seated right...

Could I have possibly thrown these codes by not installing the Gotts Intake correctly? (tight enough)

remove that valve in the back. and replace it. its a $10 part. simple enough. and if you break the hard line just get a piece of rubber hose that can attach to it and youll be fine there too. ask me how i know that one. once i fixed my elbow no problems. also get a new pcv valve that goes into the crank case cover. another $10 part. i replaced that and the elbow and fixed my broken hard line for about $20. that area thats in red is where the pcv valve goes. follow the hard line to the crank case cover and you cant really miss it. it should just come right out, kinda. might need a little strength and it should just come right up.

I bought the part, but I keep burning my arm trying to get back there to pull the elbow out. Also the elbow is giving me a hard time to pull out. Almost looks like a screw is holding it in? I dunno because there is so much grease.

dont do while its hot you ding ****. you never work on an engine when its hot. let it cool down for a few hours and then do it.

just pull the elbow off. thatll tell you if theres a leak or not. then when its fixed your engine will runn a lot better. thats how you know its fixed.

I turned it on felt back there and couldn't find a leak.

There's this rapid, quiet clicking sounds that's coming from somewhere close near the cops. I can't pinpoint exactly where because the fan is so damn loud.

in the red. check that out. replace it and the elbow. should solve your problems. its under the hoses. a little hard to get to, but you can move the hoses a bit and it comes right up.
