Dashboard bezel pieces, paint, clips.

Hey guys, I am in the process of replacing some of the dashboard pieces on my 98 Eddie Bauer. It seems some of the clips are broken. Are those little metal tabs removable?

Are there places to buy these dash bezel's aftermarket? Ebay has not been good to me. I have purchased a few and they come with the clips missing and broken, or they are in bad shape with paint missing etc.

Also can you touch up the paint. The color is brown.
