Door Code Issues.

I have been trying to research this, but it seems I cant find what I am looking for..

I have the factory 5 digit code, but it does not work, is there a way to reset it to factory or do I need to take it to a dealership?

I have tried to enter it once heard a click but nothing happened, tried again and didnt hear a sound.

try hitting the 7 and 9 buttons at the same time. this locks the doors. you should hear a click. then try reentering the code. this is what i do if my code doesn't work the 1st or 2nd try.

i think you have 20 to 25 tries before it completely locks up
