I have seen several posts about the "Door Ajar" light fixes but mine is slightly different.

On my 03 Eddie Bauer my rear passenger door sensor is reversed. Last night someone got in the truck and closed the door and it started acting up. I open the door and the "Door Ajar" message goes away and the lights go out, I close it and it comes back on. I think I am probably going to have to either take it to dealer/stealer or take it apart myself. I am starting to think possible bad sensor, what do you all think? I tried the WD40 trick and no joy on that one.
On a side note my drivers door and same rear passenger door rattle alot. What are the common causes for this?

Fix it yourself.
Check fordparts.com or tasca for the switch.
Switch is usually located at the bottom of the latch assembly.

Door rattles can come from any moving part in the door. Try pressing around it while it is rattling to locate the source.

The body side cladding on my EB was rattling until I pulled it off and put new clips on.

Well found the senors at Rock Auto and Auto zone. Now I guess I have to pull apart the door and see what is bad. I read online it might be the ground wire too.
