I have and had the same problem on my 2008. First it was the drivers side running slow then one day it just quit. I pulled the panel and found that the cables were corroded and frayed and turned into a rats nest. Now my passenger side is doing it as well. At the time the drivers side was covered under warranty. Now it looks like I'm going to be the one doing it. And I just realized this problem had already been mentioned.

Same problem with my front drivers' window, chainsaw oil did the work, next project passenger and rear windows........2008 Expedition........
