DRL voltage question

I did a complete Morimoto DS2 projector installation with HIDs, and they work great. I have the DRL circuit enabled, and I'm guessing that its at 80% output since the HIDs tend to flicker, or only one comes on, unless I turn the lights on with the switch. Rather than disabling the DRLs, is there any way to increase the output to the full 100% voltage so the HIDs won't flicker and I can retain them as DRLs?

You aren't dropping the output of the HIDs so why use them as DRL's?

Because then I can retain the "flash to pass" feature and the DRL capability without always needing to turn my lights on.
