I posted this at the end of my thread. "Another blown expy coming soon" but thought it would be easier to find if I started a new thread for it.

After I got it tuned today I put it on the dyno out of curiousity. Video is here:

http://www.fordexpeditionforum.com/showpost.php?p=23316&postcount=72

2 quick pulls with no tuning on the dyno. Final #'s were 378 rwhp @ 457 rwtq.
Pretty much what I expected with the 8#'s boost Im now making after exhaust mods.

Mine trans. has 215000miles on it all I did was put a trans-go shift kit in it. Don't slip chrips tire between shifts. What gear did he do the pulls in?

I would say 3rd gear as it was around 126 mph on its pull.

Is this a valve body? Any specifics on it or where you purchased it.

That would be great if this "cured" my shift issues.

Here it is.... The first run he said he thought it started to downshift so he got off and then back on.... The second run he actually let it run quite a bit longer before testing...... thats why the long video. He said he was giving the killer chiller time to lower the temps. The motor was full operating temp on both runs. Approx 198. The average boost on the 2nd run was right around 8.6 psi with a peak of 8.98. My gauge reads 8 psi. It read 10 psi with the stock exhaust. Too much backpressure!!
