My expedition is running rough computer shows either loose fuel cap replaced it just now or a fuel leak in system not finding any leaks or it is the EBAP what is the EBAP and where is it located

Not bad, I gave them a 2 week notice yesterday. My outlook has changed dramatically.

The EVAP system takes fuel fumes and keeps them from getting out in to the atmosphere.
It's a charcoal canister with a bunch of hoses coming in and out of it.
If you just replaced the fuel cap, you should clear the codes and then see if they come back before you start tearing through the EVAP system.
