Looking for creative places to mount amps while keeping the loading floor all useable. Obviously the factory sub is behind the drivers side rear panel.....how much room is behind the passenger one? I know the AC/Heater is towards the back...what about towards the front?

Yea, I did the same thing; i.e. removed the stock sub enclosure and placed an amp in there with plenty of room. I placed my 300x4 there and two 1500x1s under the trunk storage. I'm sure with enough bracings you can fit alot back there but remember to include some form of airflow. Also, the removable fixture on the top can be used for the amp's gains IF you place the amp in the right spot. Check out these two pics
