F150 headlight compatibility

As far as what they look they look the same. Might not though.

No, the housings and front end openings are different (Expys are more rounded, F150s are more angular).

Not stupid at all. There is a big misconception out there that the 3rd gen Expedtion is based on the F150 but they are very different platforms.
