I had a Sync update available, now it's gone.

I bought a new 2015 Ford Expedition Limited 4x4. I registered for the site when I purchase it (my first Ford). I also was not impressed with the site and have only visited it several times since my purchase.

Worst site I have seen by a big company.

Works on some browsers, not others.

I found it works best on Google Chrome using the incognito mode for the site.
