On my 2WD, 03' expedition the front bearings need some help. The left one's making a dry bearing noise but spins effortlessly. The right one is silent but hard to turn. They're technically sealed bearings but I'm seeing if there's any proven way to grease them anyways.

We use similar bearings on several engine parts of aircraft and we're required to grease them on a scheduled basis. Usually you can peel off a sealed rubber cover and pack grease inside.

Has anyone messed with this? I don't have $200 for bearings, seems ridiculous.

Personally haven't done any work on an 03 but the bearings aren't something you would want to take a gamble on. If one of them were to seize up while driving down the road you would have well over the 200 in damages to repair.
