I figured I would do some showing off. Funkmaster Flex on 24's. The wheels are black and red to match and the red is actually ptm, Colorado red.

The Super EX

I haven't had anyone on here ask why I call it the Super Ex. I'm sure some have noticed the grill. I'm into costuming (cosplay). And here are a couple shots of the ex with me and some other superheroes.

That's one Super Ex! Did you black out the fog light recess areas, or did it come that way? I ask because mine had the recesses all red, and the black is a much nicer look!

Thanks man. I did that with plasti dip. I preferred the black recessed. That's how it was in the preproduction model. And they should've kept it that way.

Thanks. Once in a while DC and Marvel hook up. Especially if it's for kids.

It would depend on your version of superman actually. Older comic versions did and majority of film versions did.

Rear emblem

Well it was time to update the rear emblem. The front emblem is the Christopher Reeve shield, the rear is the new Man of Steel (Henry Cavill) Shield.

Vinyl Wrap

My first time wrapping. Turned out pretty well. It's not the easiest stuff to work with but I prefer it over the chrome.

Thanks SG, and others for the likes.

I did the door handles today and snapped some better pics of the full truck.

What product did you use for the wrapping? Did you use the pre-wrap cleaner and the wrap sealer when you finished the job?

idk the type of vinyl. and all I did was clean the parts, little dish soap and water, then put it on. Heated up and sliced where necessary. No sealer.

Looks real nice, Rocky! Was it hard to remove the console placard? Where did you get the wrap from?

It was only double sided taped on. I made a piece of plexi to fit there and had a buddy that owns a local sign shop wrap it. That's when I bought some of the red vinyl to try wrapping the handles and rear chrome pieces.
