Good "Chip" for an '04 w/5.4L

I guess the title says it all, huh?

Prefer a chip that gives moderate boost in performance with some increase in gas mileage but requires no other major mods. I live in a state that doesn't require a vehicle emissions check.

The most bang for your buck is gonna be a custom tuned programmer. Check out VMPtunning and 5startunning. They have great reputations with the F150 community. Stay away from chips.

I am using the AlienTech Powergate on on my 03 Expedition and so far I am very happy with it. Noticeable power gains and about 60 kms/tank thus far, only had it for about a month.
