Have a 2013. Driving tonight with high beams on and tried to switch to low beams but highs stayed on. The high beam indicator on the dash works as it should but the lights don’t change. Assume a relay but haven’t been able to locate it. Turned car off and back on but problem continues.

Thanks for any help!!

I believe the relay is built into the smart junction box

I can hear a clicking from the passenger side when I try to switch it.

If you pull the fuse do the high beams turn off? If they stay on when the fuse is pulled they must be shorted to another circuit to still be getting power. If they turn off it's probably the relay

Thanks I will try that. I also had changed the lights out to LED but that was over a year ago and they have worked fine until last night.

Pulled the hi beam fuse and they went off. Put hi beam fuse back in and pulled the low beam fuse. Lights stayed on bright.
